1. Discovery
Our experience tells us that one of the most important ingredients in building and maintaining a strong working relationship is understanding our client. It is essential that we understand you, your practice and your objectives. You will undoubtedly want to know about us, find out how we deliver great service and of course give you an idea of costs. A meeting is therefore crucial to enable us to generate a list of objectives to work from and for you to understand how we deliver our service.
2. Audit
We meet internally to review your list of objectives, from there we can clearly see what information is required to generate a roadmap for your IT. Arrangements will be made to run our advanced auditing tools and collect technical information about your system as it currently exists, Once we have all the information we need, your objectives will again be reviewed and we can then produce a detailed and structured route forward.
4. Onboarding
Your practice has decided to engage with us. We will meet with the key members of your team, review the plan and set expectations. Our team will start by documenting everything we need to provide the best service. We will implement our support tools and carry out any remedial work required. A go-live date will be set and then followed up with a review meeting to make sure your expectations are met and most importantly that you and your team are happy.
5. Service
The project team hand over to our service team and your dedicated account manager. Your account manager is responsible for demonstrating continual service improvement, making sure that your IT meets your objectives and is ultimately giving you peace of mind.
