Eric Robinson Solicitors have a 50-year history of providing high quality legal services across the South of England. With 100 staff and 6 offices, the firm is ambitious, looking to expand the practice further and utilising the latest cloud-based technology to support their growth plan.
With an aging IT hardware platform and a mixture of both on premise, cloud-based applications and communication links, the whole of the infrastructure required a refresh in order to give their team a secure and flexible platform to access resources and continue delivering great service to their clients.
THE SOLUTION
Working with the Eric Robinson management team, a full discovery and review of the current infrastructure, applications, data, security and communications. Collecting all the information and reviewing all relationships and contracts objectively allowed us to act in the best interest of Eric Robinson to select the best value service provision for them.
Eric Robinson have selected ITAnywhere, a fully managed and secure hosted desktop environment, providing access for all of Eric Robinson’s staff to access their applications regardless of location.
THE RESULT
Using their 25 years experience with clients in the legal sector, the P2 team helped review the customer’s current and future start to assist in the development of their modern workplace. This exercise included law firm-specific applications, performance metrics and communication requirements.
The project is managed end-to-end by our management and engineering teams in order to take care of moving applications and data.
With the solution in place, Eric Robinson’s staff are able to access the new system and their applications from any location. The “IT Anywhere” system is hosted from two UK Tier 3 data centres for maximum resilience, whilst the platform also meets the required ISO-27001, ITIL, PCI, DSS and ISO-14001 for environmental management.
Eric Robinson have peace of mind that scale, flexibility and a cost controlled platform meeting their requirements with a managed service for on-going support.
