A 65 user regional law firm came to P2 with ambitions to grow and needed to move from a reactive support to a fully managed IT service that could respond and scale. P2 initially engaged at a high level, took control and responsibility for the technology and started delivering to a clear roadmap. A year on the firm has taken on two new offices and expanded to 90 staff.

P2 initially engaged with the partners to identify where processes needed to be improved, dealing directly with key vendors including Iris and their payroll provider. The firm needed to maintain very high IT service levels for it’s commercial, private client and high volume departments with full business continuity systems. P2 integrated seamlessly with the clients own IT team and over 12 years maintained the same high service levels through multiple upgrade cycles. The firm continues to thrive and has expanded to 130 staff, adding 3 new offices and renovating the head office to enhance their service to clients.

65 user specialist law firm wanting to make the best out of cloud to engage and retain the next generation of Fee Earners as part of a UK wide expansion.  P2 initially engaged on a consultancy basis, auditing the current working practise, delivering a “cloud immersion” workshop followed by a cloud project to secure and configure everything to match.

11 user accountancy first spoke to P2 following a ransomware attack, worried about their previous support cover and needing a full review of their security. P2 first engaged to discover the personal needs and goals of the business owner, carried out a full technical/security audit and then put in place an action plan to lock down security and improve backup. Ultimately, the business owner wanted peace of mind from P2s ongoing support service backed up with full documentation of their IT/security systems.
